Dole Whip for Disney World is the equivalent of having Butterbeer at Universal. It’s an amazing treat with quite a following. There’s nothing quite like a Dole Whip at Disney on a hot day.
What is Dole Whip?
The classic Dole Whip is a pineapple-flavored soft serve treat. Classic pineapple Dole Whip is dairy-free, vegan, and gluten free.
It can be found in other various flavors as well depending on seasonality and location.
We’ve seen tons of different flavors over the years including: cherry, lime, strawberry, orange, mango, lemon, and raspberry.
Be aware that be aware that swirled Dole Whip options can contain dairy. Often these options say “soft-serve ice cream” in the description.
Always consult the cast member if you have dietary restrictions.
You can also find the Dole Whip float, which is the soft serve floating in pineapple juice as well as Dole Whip cocktails in some locations.
Where to Find Dole Whip at Disney World
Dole Whip can be found in 3 of Disney’s Theme Parks as well as a few other locations on Disney World property. Keep in mind that flavors and offerings can be seasonal.
Magic Kingdom
🍍Aloha Isle – This is the most popular place to find Dole Whip! Next to Aladdin’s Magic Carpets and the Enchanted Tiki Room in Adventureland, this prime location serves up plenty of delicious Dole Whip options including the classic pineapple Dole Whip cup, a pineapple float, and other seasonal Dole Whip flavors.
The lines can be long, but don’t let that deter you….we find this location to be efficient. You’ll have your frosty treat in no time!
🍍Storybook Treats – This location in Fantasyland has unique Dole Whip offerings.
🍍Sunshine Tree Terrace – Another classic place to find Dole Whip in Adventureland, this location has a mobile order option. This location is known for having the Dole Whip orange flavor as well as Dole Whip Strawberry!
Epcot
🍍Refreshment Port – Located between China and Germany at Epcot, this location serves up pineapple Dole Whip and often has another specialty flavor available as well!
🍍Pineapple Promenade – This is a seasonal location that often pops up during festival season. It’s usually located near Germany.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
🍍Tamu Tamu Refreshments – You can find classic Dole Whip Pineapple, as well as Dole Whip floats, and specialty flavors as well.
Hollywood Studios
Sadly, Hollywood Studios is the only theme park at Walt Disney World that doesn’t currently serve Dole Whip. Let’s fix that, Disney!
Disney Springs
🍍Swirls on the Water – This little stand on the Marketplace dock serves up delicious Dole Whip cups as well as a Dole Whip flight.
It’s tucked away, where you might not see it….but it’s located near the Rainforest Cafe – which is pretty hard to miss!
Resorts
🍍Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – You can find frosty Pineapple Dole Whip all over the place! There’s many MANY locations at the Polynesian resort where you’ll find this delicious frozen treat.
🍍Disney’s BoardWalk – You can find a Dole Whip Smoothie among other options over at BoardWalk Joe’s Marvelous Margaritas.
